Terms of Use (End User License Agreement - EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and JARD ROBERT DURLAK SPÓŁKA JAWNA ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") for the use of the Blood Lab App ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Blood Lab App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subscription and Payment

The App is available through a subscription model. You can choose between a monthly subscription at $1.99 or an annual subscription at $9.99. The first use of the App is free of charge. Subscription payments are processed through Apple Inc. and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

3. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Modify, adapt, or hack the App.

4. No User Data Collection

We do not collect or store any personal data from users of the App. Your use of the App is entirely anonymous.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the governing law specified in Section 7.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Apple Store or within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
